If you will remember from the Thor moves, and also from their mythology, there was this tree, and if that tree ever died, that would be like their Armageddon. At the very end, they showed all the timelines that Loki had tied all together and saved had formed a tree shape.
I Remember thinking, ‘Man, I wonder what Thor would have thought about that’. That was what the ending was all about, Loki was actually the one that formed their tree, can’t remember the name of it, think it’s spelled something like ‘Ysidril’, or something close to that.
Oh OK, that helps make it make more sense. He did seem somewhat content in that spot when it was all said and done and basically getting what he wanted. Thats a wrap though, ya? I cant imagine it going anywhere from there but Im not well versed in all if the mythos of it. From what Ive heard theyre going to redo and redesign the entire MCU and start from scratch, again.
