So many people are now fighting NOT to have children learn real history, but continue to learn the white man’s version of history, like I did. I’ve been completely absorbed with books and media about the real history of the world, especially this insane country (U.S.) I live in. I’ll have to take this in small bites, because — 3 hours — but I’m going to watch it.
I suggested Myth America by Kevin M. Kruse and Julian E. Zelizer to Jade yesterday. I highly recommend it.
