And, though it may appear otherwise, MOST of us agree :)) Trump is desperately calling on these countries because he labors under the illusion that a) they like him (NOT) or b) he can leverage his office as president to enlist their aid in this impeachment scandal, so clearly he has only a passing familiarity with the Constitution
meaning he passed a copy of it hanging in a hall somewhere…
