They began doing this in Kingston, Ontario my hometown a few years ago. However the project is ending very soon and they are going to put them in a vacant Old folks home. There was really no reason given as to why it is shutting down. Possibly budget cuts
I lived in Kingston for couple years. I have lots of family down there and napanee. Shame there shutting it down.
