Well, this was a very different but also pretty good version from what we all grew up with. One thing I did notice though is that with Mothra it used to be 3 little tiny girls that communicated with it, rather then one grown teen. Then again, they always tend to modify things. Was still well worth watching.
Twins —- The Shobijin (小美人, Shobijin?, lit. Small beauties) are two tiny priestesses or fairies created by Toho that first appeared in the 1961 film, Mothra. They accompany and speak for Mothra. We loved seeing Mothra again, though the tiny Kong was just insipid.
