That’s not really an accurate picture. Each has its own issues with the federal government for very different reasons, and it’s dependent upon which political party is in charge at that particular moment in time. The notion that the two states could see eye-to-eye enough to form an alliance is pretty far-fetched. Google Don’t California My Texas. lol
