This is a rare gem and such a treat to watch. No one made true-life nature photography films better than Walt Disney. Sadly this method of film making is now from an era long past. Imagine the time, skill, and patience that must have gone into the making of a true-life nature photography film, not to mention the film stock. So much dedication to a true art. An art that is no longer required with today’s film making technology at our fingertips. In the production of these films Disney always hit every nail on the head. The photography, the soundtrack, the story and the narrator with a perfect voice for the script. Charlie the Lonesome Cougar is another one of these gems. This film is a definite must see if only to appreciate everything that had to come together to produce one of these masterpieces.
