Anger is an emotion like any other, and like any other emotion is has its validity, but it is also meant to be transient and temporary. You already know my opinions and where I stand on most things that way, so I won’t indulge in a discussion of your point about being wrong if you’re not angry. I will simply disagree.
You claimed that no one will benefit from anger. Yet, we all benefit from social movements which have been sparked by anger. Of course, anger should be temporary. Anger is energy. It must be harnessed and put to purpose. However, claiming that anger, especially anger in the face of injustice, is without benefit is demonstrably false.
