Being blown through a tiny whole in the hull , or crushed like a meatball? I don’t like either of those options. I have seen what happens with planes when they lose compression from a hole and they still have gravity and some atmosphere outside, in space you could literally be pushed out a pin hole with the differences of pressure.
You couldn’t be blown through a hole in a normal spacecraft decompression, it be like one of those cupping massages(a fat bruise is all).
