14 psi here with atmosphere is still quite pressurized, but in a vacuum it increases the volume and pressure because it is always being pulled from everywhere, like space wants to eat it. It basically puts you into a tank of compressed oxygen that is not only very flammable, but very likely to pop like opening a can if there is any weaknesses or damage.
You can remain conscious for ten seconds after space decompression, you can exhale with more force than 14 psi. At extreme depths though, you wouldn’t even be in the same shape after a split second. If you want to really gross yourself out with education, you can find the videos on youtube. I think they even had a “Mythbusters” on it.
