In season one I was still trying to figure out the correlation of Donovan’s song Hurdy Gurdy Man to this drama. Now Donovan’s Season of the Witch is front and center of this drama. I think it has a better correlation with this drama than Hurley Gurley Man. It also appears that the producer loves Donovan’s music and his music is unique and he has a certain sound. The 1960’s was a turbulent decade with so much unrest by the younger generation and maybe that is the correlation with Britannia.
