I had read about this series while it was in production on the Killing times and the premise and location (Senegal/Darkur) sounded promising, however the slick French (Canal) production and exotic locale were not enough to hold this one together. As a general rule, I am a fan of crime/supernatural hybrids if the story and writing is solid (Jordskott comes to mind) but unfortunately the writing only holds water for a few episodes before the entire ball of wax takes a goofy turn. Combine this with some hit and miss acting and really BAD camera work (I got dizzy in parts) and this is yet another series I will forget about after I hit Submit. (FYI: Had to grab English subs since all the links were in French, but no problem).
