it came out when i was in 4th grade…. all my friends went and saw it in theaters and i was unable to at the time. everyone loved it but i had to wait and watch it with my mom and dad at home as a rented movie. it was amazing. i mean yeah the scene where sonya puts her legs around kano and then drops him was really kind of stupid because on the video game she can slam people but in my mind at that age i thought… she hasnt yet practiced to get that down lol so it was a beginning to what she later can do.. alot of people call the movie cheesy but i really liked it
