Agree with Suisen - like “walker”-type zombies, this story is played way out without some kind of twist/change for a hook. And you’ve gotta have more than a couple fake blood packs and occasional demon makeup if you want to call it horror. Maybe have the demon put the guy in a never-ending Hentai story as the schoolgirl victim. I imagine that would be what meeting Cthulhu “in person” would be like…
