There is no possible way that Aimee hit that girl in the nose. If you go to the 37:24 Mark you can repeat the scene and see that first of all the security guard had his back to the entire ordeal while he was holding Aimee back, so there’s no way that he could have seen if she hit her with a closed fist or in the nose. Also you can definitely see that behind the security guards black shirt is Aimee’s arm which is well below the woman that she supposedly hits elbow, so there is no way she could have hit her nose and broken it. Right at that Mark you can see the security guard, Aimee, the woman that was supposedly hit, and the man that is to her side. The man’s arm with the tattoos is up, the woman that’s supposedly had her nose broken arm is below that, and then Aimee’s arm is below her elbow. The settlement was sealed apparently after looking into it from Google, but I’m sure that everybody in the courts saw that this was what had happened. If anybody’s trying to find out if she was found guilty or not, this kind of shows that she’s definitely not guilty. Some people really are ratchet like that, and we’ll do anything to get a little bit of Fame and Fortune… Even tell lies that your nose was broken. What looks like happened was that while Aimee was going for the woman the fellow she was with stuck his arm up to block and most likely came down on her and that’s how her nose was broken. It was probably her boyfriend and then they blamed everything on them to get a Payday. God I hate people like that, and God this is a long story :-)
