Low budget, awful direction and a difficult-to-follow story makes this a hard movie to enjoy.
I am an avid reader/listner of the book series this was based on since the 80’s so liked this more than some but can only recommend this to hardcore post-apocalyptic fans or folks who like movies as abject lessons on movie making.
I read a lot of the books as well, too bad they did the movie like this, I had high hopes, and if they had done this better, they might have had something that could have been a cult classic they could have turned into something they could have worked with….
