WOw! haven’t even finished watching the episode yet at the point right after immunity challenge before tribal, and couldn’t be more excited to watch this one go down. I am so enjoying Survivor Australia! Don’t know if all the seasons are this good, since this is my first watching the Auzzie version, but It will not be the last!

My kinda stand-up, simple everyday life, cleverly-humorously perceived! A Natzi would not agree, lol.
Most Excellent; thoroughly enjoyed that. Some very fascinating people with profound experiences and insights gained. I really appreciate that they share it, ‘win or lose.”
Man that was so good! Usually, I’m not as stoked about Survivor till nearer or even after merge; but this season is HOT! If Dave and Harry both make it to merge it’s going to explode. I don’t see how they can pull that off; but they’ve been pulling off the near impossible so far. And, that was so funny how that guy tried so hard to throw the challenge but couldn’t pull it off! The fact that the three don’t tell John and Braden that that’s the plan is pretty telling, too. I’m loving the Auzzie version of Survivor. And, the music during the voting was awesome! Had me on the edge of my seat. And, doesn’t Jeanine see that she’s only adding to the narrative that Harry is the ultimate survivor here? I mean she as much said so. I loved Harry’s last ditch effort. It was pretty smart and to add the socks to the bounty, lol. I was somewhat surprised that they didn’t go for it. But, I also understand why they did not. Well, wow, what a great episode this was! You can bet Harry will be scouting idol’s long before sunrise. Go Harry!
5 min. in and I’m already highly intrigued! I read the IMDB reviews via link in comments, thanks etim. And, premise-wise, and as stated in IMDB comments, it is the Russian version of Humans. BUT, as also stated there, and I can sense in the first 5 minutes, it’s not a copy of it either; It’s got it’s own plot trajectory, yet same premise, and yet also different setting in technology developments, than Humans is. (I’m a fan of Humans, but I can see in the first five minutes that this has a unique tone of its own and an entirely different main character - and an intriguingly interesting one). Cool, I’m eager to dive into it further.
I so enjoyed watching Dave in the Survivor Cinema, lolol, omgosh, he is fun to watch - no holds bar
It does deliver! 5/5
“From writer-director Dominic Savage and starring a trio of Britain’s leading female actors –Samantha Morton , Vicky McClure and Gemma Chan – comes a dramatic anthology series.
Created by BAFTA winning filmmaker Dominic Savage (The Escape), the stories for each film has been developed and co-authored with the leading actors, with themes including relationships, identity and empowerment. The trilogy explores the experience of three women in moments that are emotionally raw, thought-provoking and utterly personal.”

I agree with the previous commenters. It is one of my favorite movies of 2011.
Middle of S6 ep. 6 (first season I’ve watched of Au Survivor) and have to admit, I am liking the Au version even better than the US version (and I’m a long time fan of the US version). The challenges all are so consistently more “challenging,” similar but yet noticeably different, than the US version’s, and very well thought out. The production and the editing of the show are top notch. The editing is pretty cool, I’m liking the contestants back stories being shown, the side interviews in real time, and the humor and game play back at camps. And many of the contestants are avidly in it to win it, which makes for an exciting season even early on. I also prefer what they don’t show, to keep you, the viewer, still enough surprised at tribal council and at the vote. The editing is clever and thought out. Also, I do not like when you do not get to see after tribal, who votes what, and so far they’ve shown it. And, the host is just as good as Jeff on the US version. And, the venue, aka island, they are on in S5 is spectacular to look at. And, over all, I think the editing is more balanced out than the US version, so that the viewer gets the whole experience, the social aspects, the relationships, the personalities, the individual styles of game play, the sleeping, cooking, eating, playing, etc. and weather conditions. Whereas on many of the US season’s they’ll focus on some of the aspects and at times actually ignore everything else.
I’m also watching the African version, and well in my opinion, it’s watchable, somewhat enjoyable but has a ways to go, to get my praise.
Just finished watching the first five seasons of 60 Days In; and right in time to catch the premiere of season six and it’s new focus. That’s one thing I can say about 60 Days In w/o giving away too much is that each season does change, sometimes even different facilities, too. And boy, are they different from each other. What happens in each season is also different and always something new and interesting unfolds. I have been much more pleased as the experience of 60 Days In has progressed through it’s own development over time with how effective the information that the participants give from the experience has effected real change. And, Season 5 was really a mind-blower for me experiencing the depth of race politics that can be involved in some prisons. Excited to start season 6 tonight!
Peaky Blinders S05E01 Confirmed for BBC Two on 15 November at 9pm to 10pm
Ep 1/6
7.2 IMDB score (7/26/19) and some interesting and positive reviews on IMDB of this documentary; some from those who live, or have lived, and/or still have family living in Vernon, and some whose family is in the documentary; and all confirm the accuracy of the documentary… I (who also live in Florida but don’t even know where Vernon is) may have to check it out. Decided to Google Map “Vernon”. It’s up in the Florida Panhandle right off of I-10.
haha, duh, I just now noticed that the cover title is a sign, pointing to the panhandle of Florida, lolol. Alright, leave me alone, I need a nap.

Fantastic! I thought maybe last season was the end of PB. I’m so glad I was incorrect.
Most excellent, as always, really en-richens my experience of the episodes. But this one particularly had some great death, and of course, humor. And, as always I highly recommend TD if you are into TWD and/or FTWD. The only criticism I have is I sure do wish they had, had a TD episode following after every episode of FTWD this season. I really missed it.
Stellar, on the edge of my seat, engaging episode! How am I supposed to go to sleep after watching that? LOL
Alright, that was Excellent! So stoked for Flip! It’s gonna make for an exciting element to Stage 1 and/or 2. What a great pair-off on the Tower, exciting to watch, and great camaraderie and sportsmanship, which is one of my favorite things about Amer. Ninja Warriors!
Wow, just watched Flip’s run and his ‘story’ with working with the military on sexual assault awareness (and training with them); I am so PROUD of this ‘kid.” Well, no longer a kid but was when I first watched him on ANW, wearing mask and all. So amazed at his progression as a human and as a Ninja, a coach, stuntman, and now spokesperson. It was incredibly courageous of him when he first spoke out and allowed his story of sexual assault to be public in front of all who watch ANW. I’m so glad of all the incredible support he has received and the opportunities it’s opened for him, and for the people he’s helped. Now, back to the show, lol; can’t wait to see how this city final last few runs and Tower of Power ends up.

Official A&E Trailer HERE a New Vs. of 60 Days In, this time jail & on the streets undercover investigating the Cartel. Premieres July 30th
I’m super excited for this!!! It says this is season 6 of 60 Days In, but from the preview/ trailer I just watched, it seems as if it is both!(Half of it will be 60 Days actually in jail & then ALSO 60 days of the new spin off where participants being on the outside but undercover!!!)
I’m super excited! This new season sounds like it could be very interesting! Though, I’m truly hoping and praying that the participants are absolutely more experienced, trained or will be more prepared. Not to mention that the participants who are undercover, not in jail…. how in the world will they be able to surveil them without blowing up their cover?!?!?!!! How will they be able to keep them safe?! Yikes! I wonder if the same participants will be in both parts??? — If they will be in jail for 60 days to establish their under cover life for the 60 days when they’re released or if they will be under cover for 60 days and then go into the jail?!
What do you all think?! And does anyone have any additional info?! This could be really good, and or it could go really sideways in a blink of an eye!!!! goosebumps wow!
Idk, first I’ve heard of it, but have been binge-watching 60 Days In (on season 3 at the moment) and really INTO it. So, needless to say, when I saw your “60 Days In” in the sidebar comments, I had to check it out. SO, thanks PacificLily, because now I know something else related is coming up and soon! Hm…not sure at all about this undercover outside of jail aspect of it. But, I’m curious. I’ll have to go check out the trailer soon, maybe post it here, too.
Now that was quality, funny and SWEET. Hey, everyone’s entitled to their own opinion. ¿snoıɹǝs os ʎɥʍ
I’m continuing to Binge-watch after finishing Season 1 & 2. I do recommend starting from the beginning to understand the progression. While, It was somewhat frustrating for me to see the little that appeared was shared in feedback to the Captain and Sheriff by those that went in undercover at their exit debriefings, but clearly after seeing the end of the seasons Specials, I understood, they only showed an edited short version in the participants exited-release episodes; but in the Season Specials, (The Aftermath and Where are They Now?, much more is revealed, made clear. And in Season 2’s particularly the changes that had been implemented because of the feedback from the program and its participants. I’m now understanding since starting S3 that because both 1&2 were aired, it broke the initial jail’s cover, so in S3 it moves to a new jail. But, I do hope they go back and revisit the first one at some point to check-in on progress and developments. I suggest that you could skip the Specials “The Best of” and the ones highlighting 3-4 of the participants journeys because those are simply just repeating summary content of the season that you’ve just watched; Unless you haven’t and you just want a summary, go for it. But, as I said, don’t miss out on the Specials Aftermath and Where are They Now because those are very informative, interesting and moving!
I love to watch shows where someone wants to experience a life-style radically different than their own to gain understanding, empathy, and a wider perspective on whatever life-style that is. And in this case, it’s being a prisoner in jail for 60 days.
So, right now I’m fascinated with 60 Days In (2016), which is an experiment of sorts, where-in a diverse group of citizens choose to enter a jail in Clark County, Indiana, US, for their own varying and fascinating reasons and to give the Sheriff and Captain some valuable feedback how they might improve the jail. Since I’m only on season 2 ep.8, and I’ve only watched so far as only about three months ‘real-time’ into the start of this experiment, for me, the jury is still out if whether this experiment is really going to be of lasting value and the suggestions implemented effective. Season 5 is the latest season, so I am keen to keep binge watching and see what does happen. I’m so into it, that I’ve found links that were missing for season 2 and provided them here; and, I’ve been getting a little behind on my regular series that I watch, lol. Glad, I can always catch up again here on the PW!
“One Family Fighting the Future” for “Years and Years.” It’s like “This is Us” meets “Black Mirror” meets “Shameless” but yet with it’s own flavor.
That was a very successful blindside with Geoffrey leading it; Boy, is Rob going to be surprised. I wonder if his alliance with Nicole will fall apart, or will it be the three Amigos with her and Michael or will it be this fantasy 7 strong, lol. I agree with him, that the seven strong will fall apart immediately. But we’ll see.
Good ending, great closing song, very glad I watched the whole series! I recommend. If you like “The Affair,” though this is no copy, it’s unique to it’s own, you may like this, as well. (I left more of a summary comment on the shows main page comments.)
Spoiler spoiler don’t read until finished watching the whole series. But yeah, I’ve jumped into the abyss and more than a few times; and, always glad I did.
Getting better and better! Half-way through the season (ep.4) and I’m giving it 8.5/10. “El embarcadero” The Pier (Spanish Subtitles) thematically explores the human dynamics of passion, control, love, sexuality and fidelity and more. It’s beautiful and artfully written, acted and directed. I could compare it to the series “The Affair,” but I prefer El embarcadero, so far! I’m finding it more and more deeply captivating, fresh, and fascinating how it’s unfolding. For a taste, you can watch the official trailer HERE And, It is perfectly set in the Albufera’s in Spain, a spacious, quite, remote scenic freshwater lagoon & estuary off the east coast of Spain. And, yet, its western grassy marshes provide the residents there with solace, privacy and secrecy, for El embarcadero is a drama with mystery, intrigue and suspense.
Finished watching, and glad I did. Recommend it. I’d give it overall an 8/10.

Even “The Phoenix” Najee Richardson couldn’t beat the Mega Wall! What gives?!? Did they secretly make it higher?!? jk, lol. Perhaps it’s the sea air?? idk. I’d like to know what those who tried it think. Wow, But super glad for Cavanagh, no longer king of the walk ons, thank gawd, time to get that phone call don’t yeah think?!?! Wonder why it took this long to get a call given his record. But YEAH, So HAPPY for him, what an emotional two-time buzzer-hugging night for him! So deserves it. Fantastic.
Wow, “Green Mountain Ninja,” single-dad, works two jobs, little time for training, first one up the wall (boy, is son looked nervous for daddy and overwhelmed by the noise of the crowd) WTG!! woot woot Ah, Man Joe “The Weatherman Moraski” doesn’t make it up the Mega-wall again?!?! Still, I love watching Joe whom never waste any of his energy, so calm and centered, makes everything look easy, cept that damn wall, lol. He’s been my favorite now for seasons and better get that chance to climb Mt. Midoryama one of these seasons!
as an aussie im vaguely ashamed this exists :)
