Even though this is based in highschool (like most anime weirdly), I am getting pulled into this series. Good so far.

Hyperdrive (2019) S1 E1

Aladdin (2019)
mjbourquin 0 points 4 years ago.

This was actually really good. I put off seeing it just because I didn’t want to watch another live action remake. Will Smith was great as the genie.

Alien Invasion (2019)
mjbourquin 1 points 4 years ago*.

This is the worst thing I’ve ever attempted to watch. Do not click. Wish I could rate it 0.

Another Life (2019)

Really hope this gets a second season. Wasn’t sure about it at the beginning but it’s worth it.

Serenity (2005)
mjbourquin 3 points 4 years ago.

Classic. Everyone needs to watch this at least once.

Poldark (2015) S5 E3

This shit is still going? Lmao.

mjbourquin 3 points 4 years ago*. (Contains Spoilers)

imo it could go forever the way it’s going. An apocalypse and redemption every season hooah

The Spanish Princess (2019) S1 E4
Another_Witty_Username 1 points 4 years ago.

Harry was a 10 year old child when Katharine (As her name is spelled on her tombstone) was brought to Arthur and England. This show plays fast and loose with history, hence the disclaimer at the end of each episode.

mjbourquin -4 points 4 years ago.

your point was what

Wild Bill (2019)
mjbourquin -2 points 4 years ago.

all these commenters trying really hard to be british lmao. These comments told me nothing about the actual show.

Pandora (2019)
metalrob72 -4 points 4 years ago.

More SJW feminist nonsense from the CW.

mjbourquin 1 points 4 years ago.

Even though I agree it isn’t good, not sure what the acronym SJW has to do with it.

Pandora (2019)
mjbourquin 1 points 4 years ago*.

i liked it, but only because of my bias for sci fi. Suffice to say it could be much better especially if anyone in it could act. The premise will keep me coming back for more, if only to learn more, but that can only last so long. Hopefully it gets slightly better.

Heroes (2006) S4 E19
mjbourquin 2 points 4 years ago*.

Good ending for a show that should have continued much longer

Hellboy (2019)
mjbourquin -2 points 4 years ago.

Well, that was boring

Legion (2017) S3 E1
mjbourquin 2 points 4 years ago*.

this show is flippin amazing. Why the mustaches? Lol I mean every scene is just edited so perfectly, I really don’t know how they do it.

Marvel's Jessica Jones (2015)
Tudie27 1 points 4 years ago.

This is the most boring superhero’s show I’ve seen. I don’t understand how it’s on it 3 rd season. Someone please wake me when it’s over.

mjbourquin 1 points 4 years ago.

thats only because of your expectations. It’s more of a detective/mystery show where the lead happens to have minor superpowers.

Star Trek: Voyager (1995) S5 E1
mjbourquin 2 points 4 years ago.

one of voyagers best

Good Omens (2019)

This show reminds me so much of The Life of Brian. The banter between the two is amazing.

WandaVision (2021)

Yes please. Can’t wait for this.

Pandora (2019)

Ascension (2014)
starshineontop -1 points 5 years ago.

This was pretty good but I remember the whole first season not just 3 episodes were is the rest of them ?

mjbourquin 2 points 4 years ago.

it’s set up as a miniseries, not like a regular shows. So there’s just 3 long episodes.

Ascension (2014)
mjbourquin 1 points 4 years ago.

loved this series then they had to end it on a twist that made the previous episodes seem pointless, that is unless it were continued. Which it wasn’t.

The 100 (2014) S6 E6
mjbourquin 1 points 4 years ago.

great episode. The writers just took the 100 to another level with this one.

Philip K. Dick's Electric Dreams (2017) S1 E8
mjbourquin 1 points 4 years ago. (Contains Spoilers)

Great Series and Great Episode. I’m wondering what happened with all the non anomalous robots.

Spoiler:

They wouldn’t be human because of not having the anomaly in their programming. The ghost in the shell so to speak.

Great Series and Great Episode.

Black Mirror (2011) S5 E3

I have a new respect for Miley Cyrus after this Ep. So sad there were only three episodes.

Black Mirror (2011) S5 E3
mjbourquin 1 points 4 years ago.

why only 3 episodes this season. Is there going to be 1 next season or something?

Shin Godzilla (2016)
mjbourquin 2 points 4 years ago*.

good movie, don’t know what the other poster is talking about. If you’ve seen the original, this was a perfect remake. It was more about the reaction of the people of Japan to Godzilla (except this is based in modern Japan), than Godzilla himself and that’s how it was originally. I thought the governments reaction was done very well and realistically. If you didn’t like the focus, that’s not the movies fault.

Also hes supposed to be ugly, that was intentional, hes basically a giant tumor.

The Gifted (2017)
Dante89 1 points 4 years ago.

I am very conflicted about this show. I love it and hate it. Because of the story it’s a great X-Men tv-show but it’s small things here and there that bothers me like with Natalie Alyn Lind’s character. They are suppose to be on the run and underground and everyone is like fighting to survive and food is something to be worried about and this mutant-doll is going around with very beautiful make-up and fingernails. Which yes she is pretty but kinda pulls me out of the atmosphere of them being on the run. And because of the script and some of the dialogue.. I am not surprised if they decide to cancel the show now. I kinda lost interest after watched a few episode of season 2. Gonna give it a chance to finish the second season though. :)

mjbourquin 2 points 4 years ago.

I feel the exact same. I love x-men and was so excited that they were making an xmen series. The first season was great. But all the drama started stacking up + unrealism / dialogue problems and I started to lose interest halfway through the 2nd season. I’m still going to attempt to watch the rest.

Chernobyl (2019) S1 E1
Odie 6 points 4 years ago*.

Read about what they went through to create this project. This was in production for years, and they only started filming when they believed they were giving the real story as it was as. There could be a million horror movies made but nothing is more unnerving than the truth/real life and the sure ignorance of man. Also you have to realize even now we are still as naive as we were in the late 80s.

mjbourquin 2 points 4 years ago.

not really, the naivety of the tops pride and corruption is still there, but the science of the flaw and the why / how the explosion occurred at chernobyl was taken note of.

Chernobyl (2019) S1 E1
mjbourquin 2 points 4 years ago*.

jesus, the amount of ignorance, arrogance, pride, and plain idiocy displayed by the upper management of the SSR is terrifying. They murdered hundreds with their idiocy and sheer incompetence if this is anywhere near the truth of what happened. so frustrating and at the same time terrifying to watch. I’m sure some of it is propaganda but wow that was frustrating.

Sunshine (2007)

mjbourquin 2 points 5 years ago.

this show is essentially tng modernized.

The Orville (2017) S2 E5

@finigan1 basic science: correlation does not imply causation. Anecdotal evidence is not evidence of anything. That book is a bunch of nonsense.

Roswell, New Mexico (2019) S1 E1
mjbourquin 1 points 5 years ago.

this is basically a remake except the timeline is shifted.

Roswell, New Mexico (2019) S1 E1
mjbourquin 1 points 5 years ago.

seems good. I liked the original show though I’m not sure why they are not continuing from where it ended. The general story is the same, but it seems that most of what happened in the original show never happened in this.
