It is interesting to take a look at the wikipedia page for the show and the list of writers for each episode. The writer for this particular episode has been doing it since S01E03.

I’ve enjoyed this show from the beggining but this is like some new writers just came in who havent read or seen any of the previous episodes and just made up a load of nonsense , so many contradictions and plot holes , what a shame , a great show going down hill fast

Yes but sci-fi as in science fiction (in this case actually fantasy, no science involved). Syfy is the idiot network that screwed Battlestar Galactica.

had high expectations and hopes for this maybe thats where I went wrong , I almost switched off during the opening credits , stayed on to give it a chance just over an hour in and I was falling asleep . Bautista is hard to watch trying to act and the film was just painful , I just gave up and only wish the director had given up also but he likes to drag things out needlessly . very dissapointed

This was better than SG1 in my opinion

I can just about watch Chris harris and even freddie flintoff but paddy mcguiness is a walking talking skid mark . I cant watch him I would rather crap in my hands and rub it n my eyes

I think it was never about The Equalizer being a tough guy. Woodward for me was more about being smart, cunning and having the confidence and skills to know what he had to do - rather than being a tough guy. I think he had great vulnerability too showed we was still human and like all humans had his flaws. Like a lot of people on here, I’m not saying Denzel was bad just that I didn’t see it as The Equalizer but instead just another action adventure film with him in it. As you said, we’ll have to agree to disagree :)

Denzel’s version was not The Equalizer. Edward Woodward was what The Equalizer was all about. He was brilliant and William Zabka as his son :) Denzel’s version was just another movie and everyone I know that’s seen the original series agrees.

Denzel was awsome as the equalizer , I would say far better than edward woodward , denzel pulled of the tortured deadly loner . This is just PC indentity politics garbage . Why ruin an established story that people like by shoe horning in someone who doesnt fit just to show how woke you are ? because they know this would never work as a stand alone series plain and simple so hijacking an established series is a cop out

The producers of this show need to learn to read the room , try the good doctor facebook page , viewers arent happy and are switching off …

Ehh, they’ll prob keep her on forever. After all, she seems to be the primary energy (hating on the villan) driving the show.
LOL-I seriously don’t regret quitting Blacklist back around s3 or 4 when the writers turned it into a soap opera with that bad husband/pregnancy/baby drama.
But stick around—a few more years and her evil kid will be old enough to rear its ugly head and join in.

They could and should have named this show anything else . This is a boring law enforcement based melodrama and sorry I loved super natural and Jared padleki but he cannot act for toffee . They are trading the walker name because if they named this show more appropriately “ Sad texas lawman “ no one would have watched

I had high hopes for this but its a mess from start to finish made worse by the fact not one of the actors ( I use that term loosely ) can act worth a dam , what plot there is has been lost in a disjointed mess

Great acting , denzel brilliant as always , leto and malek very good but apart from that a bit of a let down , never realy delivers , shame , so much promise but in the end rather forgettable
