He was the disfigured leader of the “Red Hood Gang” in one version and the chemical bath only changed his mental state. He was a lab tech more often than not, to explain his chemical knowledge. In one version he just wants to retire from his crap boss/job. Robs his work as the “Red Hood” and does the Triple Lindy into a vat of chemicals. In another he can’t support his pregnant wife with the chemistry, while doing stand-up he meets and is set up as a patsy by a gang, or some sh!+, to again rob his job as the “Red Mask”. The betrayal, ending in a Chernobyl-esque spa visit, causes a personality split that sees the joke in the absurdly violent, also due in part to his wife and child dying shortly before this. I think a couple of the versions I’ve read he had a wife and kid that was killed or died from corrupt police or tragedy, but the “Joker” never remembers anything fully after his chemical peel. In one version he is a straight up “G” and obsessively taunts “Batman” to lure him out. This ends poorly, because “Batman” carves the perma grin on his face and rats him out to the mob. I think the version where he kills “Jason Todd” in the “Killing Joke” is the most accepted version. Part of his charm is the varied backstories, it gives him the real aire of crazies, like he’s always squirming and can’t be pinned down.

I liked Karl Urban in the Rock version, they had that Pinky fight scene. This did have way more fanservice to the game, though. That fire totem that gives the speech at the end was a nice touch.

Yes it is analogous to me because i have lost friends to a life of selling/using drugs. My views are not skewed, as i was referring to examples of what most Black Kids partake in. Selling drugs & trying to be rappers are 2 of the things most black kids take part in on Social Media. Yes i could have used other things ‘black kids’ engage in that were positive but i chose things i feel were bad imo. I do not care what ‘white kids’ drug usage rate is because when i turn on the news, I DO NOT SEE ‘white kids’ getting killed or arrested for drugs. There are scum in every line of work but i rather see those kids doing something positive, rather than the typical VH1 shows like fighting or stupidity.

Selling drugs and selling bad rap music are analogous to you? The combination of ‘black kids’ with those two things also makes your world view seem skewed. White kids actually have a much higher usage rate for drugs and sales of drugs are about the same. The only thing black kids have more of are arrests. Music that is selling usually means someone is buying, so ‘bad’ is a matter of perspective, most current ‘pop’ music is crap. Real estate agents are usually scum too.

You realize I can read and know what you said. Can you read? It is a prequel; you said it picks up hundreds of years in the future from the original, I’m reading it right now. That’s not the case, it’s some hundreds of years in the past.

It is very mature in a kiddish sort of way, it looks good but Kaley Cuoco as Harley to me is just wrong, she sounds exactly the same as penny from big bang which was annoying enough.Many fans will be disappointed because it is just not Harley without the brooklyn/jersey accent.They should have got Tara Strong who did the original voice for Harley. Its like Mark Hamil IS the joker and Kevin Conroy IS the Batman, no one else can come close, the same goes with Tara Strong’s Harley.

I was really looking forward to this like so many others, and the studio’s did not disappoint . the series picks up hundreds of years in the future from the original movie. With its beautiful scenery and wonderful puppetry, the Jim Henson’s studios was really able to bring this classic back to life. the series stars off a little slow, but picks up around the 4th episode. definitely give it a chance, you wont be disappointed. it really feels like you back in time watching the Dark Crystal for the first time with a little bit of Fraggle Rock thrown in.

They remind me of a giant rubber fly I had as a child. If you can’t CGI wings that look better than a cheaply made child’s toy you should quit. I mean how hard is it to look up Dragonfly wings or some other legit resources. They really look like someone who heard the description and tried to make it from their imaginations(but they didn’t really have a good imagination).

So the character they made to make Batman seem less gay is a lesbian herself, AWKWARD. I guess CW hasn’t heard that no one likes a Mary-Sue. I was also wondering how you can care about social justice and be a masked vigilante. Also if you have a secret identity you can’t be an out lesbian, that’s called cover for a private life.

Man Jim Henson Studios’ puppetry and set design has really fallen off. I realize this is done for Netflix, but, Farscape had better quality than this. Can’t even get a real Landstridder puppet, makes me sad. Probably wouldn’t be so bad if I hadn’t seen the original as a child or spent my whole life watching Jim Henson’s work.

I don’t know what IMDB says ,but, the Writer’s Guild of America determines Separated rights on a television series; if the series format, or, the pilot episode was created by said individual. Since Evan Goldberg is a decent producer(Superbad, Pineapple Express), formatting a show and shared writing credits on the pilot episode gives him WGA rights to creatorship of that show. But the forth slide of the credits clearly states who created the comic books, right after Director and Showrunner, which I believe is another Guild standard.

Created by writer Garth Ennis(Preacher) and illustrator Darick Robertson. Clearly states in the credits “Developed” by Eric Kripke, and, Seth Rogan is a producer; I’m sure they wrote episodes for Amazon though.

I know who did what, you do understand that I just said that to you in the last comment. That’s your opinion. “The Saga of the Swamp Thing” had that one good first issue(the Vol 2 Issue 1 cover was amazing), and, the rest was cluncky to read through and had entire sections of half-@$$ artwork. The story was cool and different, I did like how he was just a twisted lump of plant material. To use that as a reason to make someone feel small is BS, Swampie deserves better. Also, inept uniformed maladroit is redundant in that those words mean the same things in a sense. Wein and Wrightman’s first ten issues are still the best. Up there with Frank miller’s “Ronin”, and the six issue “Green Lantern:Emerald Dawn”.

Thought this was supposed to be about ‘The Swamp Thing’, ends up being about some plastic lipped imbecile’s wet dream about saving another fake haired imbecile from their own stupidity. What happened to Alec’s wife and ‘the revenge for killing my love arc’? Where are the ‘UnMen’? Why does the ‘Blue Devil’ side character have a better and more developed backstory(they didn’t even share a comic)? FFS DC live action is so crap without TV cartoons for the backstory.

Comments are dated(after a fashion), but, usually several people comment when the newer copies are released. Why check for yourself when it’s clearly commented as bad. Unlike comments that are exactly the same every time, even if a movie may be watchable. Adjust Which does/doesn’t yourself

As you can see your lvl 1 SG Trooper is incredibly weak. What you want to do is spec into both Str and Agi and pick up Bullet Penetration early. By the time you reach Cpt you ignore 75% Armour.
Really glad you said this, didn’t want to be the first. Always feels like I’m picking on him for being a total douche about stuff sometimes.
