me too, but i wasn’t living at home by then.. I just find it odd that they like to portray kids as adults in shows.. was the only critique i found in the show too.. unlike that raising dion show, which was just fine but for the horrid mother figure.. she just killed the show.. lol

I really enjoyed this one and I usually avoid teen shows of any kind. The ending was one of the best I’ve seen.

Best episode so far. The suspense was expertly crafted. Before this I was getting somewhat disappointed in the whole thing.

I just discovered this and it is excellent! Very well made, interesting storyline, good actors, quirky…all the good stuff.

It’s back!

I’ve noticed that British dramas are rated a lot higher than I would rate them. I didn’t like this at all. In fact, most British Tv is boring to me.

Was it just me or is this just like a really slow boring episode? 😴

I enjoyed every minute of this. Best action hero who ever lived no matter how old he gets to be. Very well made.

I’ve tried to like this. I’m at S2E3 and can’t take it anymore. Excruciatingly boring. Jumping around in time doesn’t add interest and is irritating at this point. I thought with Anthony Hopkins it must be good but man does this drop the ball. They are all running around in circles and going nowhere. Argh!

Dude, why are you so mad? Go watch TV on YesMovies or something. There’s a million other sites. Cuz the biggest waste of time is you posting all these comments like you’re carving them into the wall of a mens’ room stall. Yeah, it was the best; now it’s a really fancy TV guide with a chatroom. The kids characters are brats, the wife character is annoying also.. different points in all the seasons. I wanted to see them offed.

Holy crap! Where the hell did Dark City come from? Where the hell has it been hiding? I don’t think I ever heard of it before last week when I stumbled upon a recommendation from the Critical Drinker. It’s the Matrix…a year before the Matrix…but SO MUCH BETTER! Better style. Better acting. Better script…and WAY better directing. I am blown away. So much for my 2 decades long belief that the Matrix was original. Nope. Dark City is the original. Don’t get me wrong…the Matrix was a very interesting and entertaining movie…but where the Matrix was shiny veneer…Dark City was the soul. For sure if I had seen Dark City before the Matrix, my impression of the Matrix would have been significantly more subdued. To coin a cliché…If you liked the Matrix…you will LOVE Dark City.

Couldn’t get into this at all. Lots of characters with no back story and I didn’t care what they did or what happened to them. Cute guy tho.

I could tell right away that whoever wrote this had real experience with domestic abuse and dysfunctional families. Too bad there aren’t more shows like this one which could be so inspirational for women in such situations. It was really exceptional in every way- storytelling, actors, settings. Even the little 3-yr-old was great and so adorable. IMDB rates this at 8.6 and in my opinion it is 10/10.

This was just beautiful. Great actors, gorgeous scenery and architecture, funny, sad, different. I loved it. Nicole isn’t convincing as a Russian but she is stunning still

How can I get subs?

Does this get any better? I’ve heard good things about this but I’m not seeing it. Kinda sucks, imo.

This was excellent. My only complain is that there are no more episodes. Very well made. The victorian sets were amazing, characters engaging, stories very interesting. 5/5

High on the action and low on plot. Maybe it would make more sense if I had watched all the prior Marvel movies the but quality has been so poor lately.

If you’ve never seen the original Kung Fu, do yourself a favor and check it out. I was mesmerized by it as a kid and it was my first glimpse into eastern thought. Carridine was excellent and there were many very young actors who went on to become famous…Jodie Foster, William Shatner and many more. It is still probably my favorite show of all time so I’m sure this one won’t even compare but I will give it a try.

Was this version cancelled then? I just wanted you to know how many seasons/eps there could be.

Currently rewatching the belgian original (I speak Dutch but it has English subs) OG has 3 seasons with 13 episodes each. (I could not watch the UK version because OG is so much better)

I love this show. Hope they renew it…He’s sort of like Monk only edgier and a lot more serious.

This added some excitement to my boring weekend! Great show. Now I will be going back to watch the originals.

I made it to season 2 ep 4 and have completely lost interest.
