Very cool to know! I also love tea, always have. When I was young, my grammaw used to make the most delicious sassafras tea from the actual wood and bark (or root?) I haven’t had any since she passed decades ago. Now I just content myself with Earl Grey and some of the fruity green teas out now……

S-6 E7 Note to idiot parent that never actually punished his kids, this is the product of their raising. They needed to take a belt to his ass and put stripes up and down his legs at an early age like I got, which made me a good person as a child and later on in life and respect my parents etc.
Time out and taking shit away from a kid doesn’t do shit. It is not effective. I busted my children’s ass (They’re all 4 grown now) and every one of them have respect for me and will tell you today that they deserved everything they got coming to them and will tell you they would’ve turned out as very mean people if I didn’t punish them that way. I am sure I am not alone.

Exit 23 in NE Tennessee you can park at the bottom of a very long downhill off-ramp and put your car in neutral and it will pull you all the way back up the hill.

This show is too funny! Their fake ass so-called southern accents are just funny too haha! I live in the Appalachian Mountains myself.
There is some strange shit that goes on and some very mean people but no shit like this LOL My biggest warning would be don’t mess with anyone’s moonshine still and if you come upon a ginseng farm (GET OUT FAST)!! They will kill you if you mess with their ginseng. Anyway, the only “monsters” are the crazy ass rednecks that live here. haha! I live in NE Tennessee on the border of VA & TN 10 minutes from the place they claimed they were in S-6 E1 in Virginia.
It’s one of the most peaceful places on earth LOL oh there’s no such place as the dark forest in Lee County, VA lol

Best episode yet!!

I don’t agree with a lot of his methods. The sweet potatoes/Yams were wrong on both ends! Neither one of them had marshmallows in them WTF that is a Soul Food Southern Tradition and I was blown away that they didn’t have marshmallows. A pinch of cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice and throw on the marshmallows. DONE! And Turkey wangs? Hell No!! Chicken Wangs all the way!!

Some of these doctors are a joke. The one girl diagnosed with PCS; her doctor didn’t listen to a word she said, even the host called the doctor out on it. This should be called chasing the diagnosis……..NOT cure!

On S1-E2 If he thinks that is difficult, he needs to come here to the south where we dig pits 4 by 6ft for a pig in the ground. He would die haha!

Where I come from we try our best to avoid catching this nasty invasive species of fish. Very sad that their lakes are full of these disgusting fish.

This is a decent show. A few of the kids needed speech therapy before they went off-grid but all in all seem to be a pretty close loving family.

I will definitely be pulling for the villains in this series. So far the acting is pretty bad, the storyline is weak, and the music is horrible,the characters are unlikable however since I usually love SCI-Fi I will give it a try. 2/5 but might raise later on.

According to the US Coast Guard in The Outer Banks, NC Sharks attack because of shiny reflective jewelry, bright colored clothing body boards with bright colors, and people that fish on shore in a people populated area.
