I found this excrutiatingly slow at times but glad I watched it.
Great premise, setting and acting but DAMN! it could have done with a bit more dynamism. Thankfully it did pick up a bit in latter episodes.
Season 2 (if there is one) could go in any number of interesting ways so this show’s going on my PW watchlist.
BTW,
for a SF show that incorporated a “ghost” installation on a barren planet, motion trackers, elaborate scenes involving air ducts and a feral girl this was surprisingly nothing like that film I’m thinking of!

I bloody love PrimeWire, it’s my favourite streaming site…
However, I’ll be watching this elsewhere with SUBS. I’ve just tried the dub and found it really distracting.
Even “great” dubbing diminishes the storytelling IMO. I appreciate SUBS aren’t for everyone but for me they’re definitely the lesser of two evils.

One of the most annoying tropes in cinema (IMO) is the ‘dispoable’ Zippo scene where they start a fire by tossing their Zippo at some flammable liquid they’ve poured on the target. No one throws away a Zippo.

Well that was pretty damn good. I’m a big buffy/firefly fan and enjoyed what whedon did with some of the mcu stuff but… He made a mockery of JL! I’m already forgetting his version fortunately. except that f*g scene with aquaman and the lassoo! Whedon at his worst. Love that the Snyder Cut finally made it. 10 times better than that crap we got earlier. Answers some questions, raises some new ones and Steppenwolf was finally a decent villain.

It’s stomach-turning not because it’s gory but because it’s so fxxking cutesy! I wish I could walk away but I still (insanely) hope it’ll get better. Also, Hope(Alexa Mansour)is annoyingly gorgeous. Really hope there’s a “Noah-type” death soon.

They’re an obnoxious whiny lot, aren’t they! I’s a shite family soap opera disguised as an apocolypse drama. I did all of season 1 and quit. Looked into it a few seasons later; slightly less whiny, bit more action but still basically shite. Not a patch on TWD.
