Wow I could spend about 5 minutes pointing out every single inconsistency in this episode but it’s not worth my time. They’re not even trying with this show anymore lol
Bryan Fahrenheit 's comments
When he talked about not being able to afford to go bankrupt, I felt that
that was a really funny episode
the Russian when he vomits LOL that scene is priceless
For real Trekkies not to be confused with shows that wannabe star trek
Yep, after I watch these all again I’ll watch Deep Space Nine and Voyager lol
The Right have a different definition of morality, plain and simple. Their backwards views are based on literal interpretations of the Bible, a 2000 year old law book. While the Left pushes for progression in society, the Right is constantly trying to regress back to the Middle Ages. This is why we can’t see eye to eye. The Right’s idea of morality is stopping a young girl who got raped from getting an abortion…
The water microphone EVP sounded like it said, “Don’t tell me you’re recording on that.” lol and the voice sounded similar to Zak’s
Agreed. Turns out I’m still not in favor of Picard’s constant preaching - old show or new show.
I personally always loved Data the most as my favorite Star Trek character hehehe
Was expecting more from this. Maybe it is 1st episode growing pains.
Why were you expecting more from this exactly? The trailers and commercials looked absolutely terrible. But hey, as long as it’s not Star Trek: Picard lol
The US has been the epicenter for the pandemic for almost 2 months now. I feel like every issue ever discussed on this show has something to do with why that is the case.
I’m very slowly starting to disagree with John Oliver on a few small points these days. Like how he thinks looting is justified in protest or how he has no problem with letting criminals out of jail. Non-violent offenders should be released anyway but violent criminals should definitely not be. And if they do release all the thieves no one should get mad if I chose to protect my home by arming myself.
It’s very strange how I have to get really drunk and stoned to understand exactly what Johnny Depp and Benicio Del Toro are saying in this film. Actually nm it makes perfect sense. This movie is a masterpiece
There are plenty of martial arts that allow you to do that, Judo springs to mind. And yes she does need the red wig. It’s cannon.
Right, Judo makes perfect sense for her to use against larger and stronger opponents. But my point was that wasn’t using it in the show and that took away my suspension of disbelief
lol So much homophobia in the comments.
I couldn’t care less about her sexual orientation.
I’m more annoyed with the fact that she is a skinny 110 pound girl that is constantly overpowering large stuntmen during fights lol
Watch it a few more times, you’ll get it. I just barely got it and I’m really good at getting things. I still gotta watch it a few more times to really get it. It was genius!
Breaking the 4th wall is when actors reference the fact that they’re in a show or talk to the audience, etc. Basically it’s whenever they break character.
But this show basically created a metaphorical ‘5th wall’ which they then broke. They were breaking the 4th wall so much, so drastically, that they weren’t breaking it anymore. Like they broke out of the 4th wall so far that they went around the world and broke back into it on the other side.
They were extremely breaking character while still staying in character. It’s a paradox yet they still managed to make it exist! Roiland and Harmon and crew did to television what Rick does to science: the impossible.
No the plot was not that we should buy more stuff. Gotta look deeper than that. That part was saying how meaningless our lives have become. We should be living instead of just mindlessly spending. But what else is there? Nothing matters. We’re all gonna die. So go buy buy buy!
Yep Brent got it. This episode was like the Inception of meta so I get why people might have had a hard time understand it. Meanwhile I’ve been sort of waiting for them to do something like this because there’s a theory that Rick is fully aware that he is in a show. I would say this episode basically confirms that theory
Lol they’re not even trying to hide the fact that Rick knows he’s in a TV show anymore. It’s refreshing to say the least
At 26:59 The scream they hear has two voices. Extremely creepy
This is a great movie.
It might be one of my favorite movies because I’ve been an A’s fan all my life. Why the hell didn’t I ever see this when it came out??
Okay, I have to add one thing. When Billy was buying his daughter a guitar at the music shop, I could tell where it was. It was the Haight Ashbury Music Center. That’s where I bought my first bass
I tend to just ignore stuff that isn’t hard evidence like when Zak or the crew starts feeling or acting weird. That being said this was still a pretty good, evidence-filled episode. I was a little surprised honestly lol
in all honesty they cant be selling you anything if you are on a free streaming site lol so idk why you are complaining and yes they are all somewhat exaggerated/fake whatever but some people still find it entertaining a lot of reality TV shows are fake/staged.
How can you say that about a show that prides itself on not being fake or staged? That’s the problem here, this is not a reality show in the sense that the paranormal is technically not reality. Also, nowhere in this show do they say that it’s ‘’only for entertainment purposes,’’ as you are alluding to. Do you even watch GA?
I never have nor never will believe any of the guests that they have on this show. Aaron’s dad included
How many more fake possessions can they possibly try to sell us? This show has gone down the toilet in a big way.
This was extremely good
