Can’t wait for this!

I don’t care for Jared Leto very much, but (and I have learned that this is an unpopular opinion) I thought he was the only one who was amazing. Everyone else, especially Pacino and Lady Gaga, much to my surprise, were just flat and lifeless. Biopics are my favourite genre, but this is definitely not one of my favourite movies or even biopics. Don’t understand what all the fuss was about now.

This was filmed in Maple Ridge, BC, although it was filmed during the summer. But the house he finds himself in from his childhood is the first house my parents built that we lived in from 1968-1971 when I was 3-6 years old. The first time I saw this, my heart leapt into my throat and I started bawling because I immediately recognized it. We had amazing Christmases when my father was alive, but those early ones for me are unforgettable. I had my first, and only one of a few, white Christmases in that house in 1969. Life really was so much simpler.

This comment reminds me of Laurence Fishburne in the Tina Turner biopic. So hard to watch!

Alma waddling into the garden club in that hideous red dress made me think about the lipstick on a pig idiom. Both seasons of this show were fantastic, but I especially liked season 2 because it stayed in a vintage era.

I knew they were filming something sci fi here, but I couldn’t figure out what. Now I know, and it looks pretty interesting.

I get this is supposed to be real-life-ish, but do these people all have to have such hideously-1972-styled homes crammed full of junk? And they all look like such dirty houses. Ugly yards. Dirty wallpaper and icky cupboards. My in laws are from 15 mins. outside of Philly in SJ, and they all have amazingly clean and nice homes. Big homes. They’re not wealthy (you could buy three or four homes there for the price of one small home or condo here in SW BC), but they’re not gross like these. I thought maybe it was supposed to have taken place in 1975 or something, but the cars and the phones they all have say otherwise. And then there’s the poor stab at the Delco accent. I love Kate, but yikes.

For those that have tried some add-on’s.!/‘s are still getting pop-up’s, until you find the ones that work best for you, if you press play and “X” out of the pop-up about 3-5 times, it will play. Timing is key, so if you wait to long.c you may have to click another link to play it. Best to click with the above scenarios as possible. As for not receiving even one pop-up, sounds like w dream. I love biographies, but I cannot stomach schmaltzy Broadway singing, especially this extra-awful era. So I’m stopping after one episode, but for anyone who enjoys it, this is quite well-done. Too bad, because it would’ve been a decent binge-watch.

I watched this after watching The Vow documentary. This gives an idea of the events, but not the full picture. Andrea Roth’s English accent is almost as fake and terrible sounding as Madonna’s. Otherwise it’s pretty good.

Interesting how he would deflect from the truth of the accusations by having his die-hard followers say that it’s everyone else who is wrong and crazy and that it’s “fake news”. They defended him by saying the problem isn’t this one man; it’s everyone else. Seems to happen a lot with people in powerful positions who are blatantly corrupt, especially right now. This is one indication that the loyalists are actually involved in a cult and defending a cult leader. And it’s so clear to those with objective reasoning that the most obvious explanation is the simplest: the man, not the media or public, is the corrupt one.

I think it ended too soon, but very well-acted. What a horrid person.

I don’t care for broadway singing, or broadway music, really at all, but I have seen The King and I with Yul Brynner from the 3rd row, and that was definitely spellbinding, and American Idiot was really good. They didn’t ruin Green Day’s music, like Mamma Mia unequivocally destroyed ABBA, and I was sure it would be hard to stomach, but I was very pleased to be wrong. Especially the girl who played Whatsername. So I didn’t really know if I’d like this, or even be able to tolerate it, but maybe because it wasn’t Andrew Lloyd Webber, I actually didn’t just like it; I loved it. There were even parts that choked me up, much to my surprise. They were all fantastic, especially Jefferson, but I think King George stole the show. Thank you uploaders.

What a sick creep. He’s hideous inside and out; right down to his empty, black soul. Even his voice is a nasally, whiney, dweeb voice. So disgusting.

Kinda weird. And an awful, dingy office. I always had nice offices, and even in old Gastown, the office space was always decent. Yuck.

I found this on here and thought the series looked interesting, and so I went to my digital tv service on my iPad and found it on VOD, and tried to watch this, but it’s like watching an L. Ron Hubbard video. Who on earth would use crackpot kook Alex Jones as a source? This is on my History channel programming. It’s like a bunch of headless chickens produced it. I’m so disappointed. Big fat 0/5 stars.
