What questions were left unanswered? They wrapped everything up dude.

Kyle 2 points 4 years ago.

Night king

  • Who’s the night king.
  • What is the night king’s goal. (other then to kill its mememory)
  • Why did the night king wait till this specific moment to attack.

Lord of light

  • Who’s the lord of light (must be someone otherwise anyone could use the magic to revive people)
  • What did Varys hear in the flame when a voice spoke to the wizzard.
  • What happened to the other red priests?

Weird stuff

  • Why doesn’t greyworm just kill john instantly. Don’t say its because of the northern army is at their gates because unsullied don’t fear anything.
  • Why would everyone want to break the wheel because Danearys would have done it, why respect her wishes at all, she burned the city down.

I agree they wrapped everything up, they didn’t actually explain anything, the list of questions goes on and on and they just made war every episode, making sure to kill off as many as they could as rapid as they could.
I love the 5 seconds fighting scene between arya and the night king which was 10 minutes less then the fight between the mountain and the viper. Then the mountain and the hound battle it out for 10 minutes, why did the night king die in 5 seconds flat.
Anyway, I’m not going to keep complaining, if you liked it you liked it, if not you prob feel ripped off, I notice many of the casual viewers enjoyed it and it was entertaining after all, even if the cast and the real fanboys would have seen something better.

Damn, I told someone how this was gonna end yesterday, before the episode was released, now what am I supposed to do. This was all so obvious from the start.

Kind of sad there are many questions unanswered and the ending wasn’t bad, it just could have been a lot better. Probably unlucky the books weren’t finished and they didn’t follow the books. Anyways RIP GOT.

Love the angles they show inside and outside the house, makes for something different. The actors and acting are all quite bad.

There isn’t a learning curve for them, they find out they’re witches and suddenly they’re in full control of their powers, freezing a complete room as if its nothing and why can a normal human without powers simply perform a spell/ritual that makes absolutely no sense.

I gave it a chance but I won’t be seeing season 2, other then the visual effects there isn’t really much of a reason to keep watching this. They dishonor the original show in way to many ways.

What the hell was that? I don’t understand what they have done to all the characters… Arya has been transformed to this useless soldier who does nothing but running away from a fight, Bran is useless and this so called battle was just boring. No good fight’s at all. Jamie and Cercie making a suicide in the sellar. I really hope they don’t waste the last episode too as they have done this entire season.

Kind of agree, its a big disappointment. Idk how they can even fix this in 1 more episode. The whole season have been disappointment after disappointment. If the writers need to tell us how the characters feel after the episode because all they show are battles then something is clearly off.

I also don’t get why Tyrion keeps making “mistakes”. Daenerys got publicly provoked in the last episodes and noone really helps her through it. I think varys, john, tyrion all had the chance to manipulate and calm her after missandei told her to burn kings landing and its to me its weird that they’re shocked by the result. It looks like everyone character is in denial and they all have like 0 intelligence throughout the season.

If anything, GOT has shown that battles are not always won by might or strategy. Winning is all that matters not how. Also the amount of effort put into making this episode was simply remarkable, it deserves some respect.

sure an A for effort, I’ve never said otherwise, but I honestly didn’t feel all this euphoria like 10 stars or epic intense etc.

In my opinion they could have had an epic 2-5 min combat for Arya vs the night king, after all this is what she trained for.
The episode did cover Arya in some fights, but they could have just as easily given some more screen time to others to see Arya in a bigger fight in the end. It bothers me that the most important fight only took 4 seconds and I felt the first 3 epsiodes are boring, lets hope something surprising comes up.
Again, an A for effort, specially for many actors standing there 50ish nights in the snow, I felt most of it was a bit of a waste as people can’t really see the dark scenes.

Quite a disappointment.
Even if people could see what was going on, I’m sure people would love more explanations. I can understand why people are rating it well but that’s basically because they were hyped and just wanted a battle, they got what they wanted.

But looking at objectively I’m really confused. Did you really build up 6 seasons to have this chapter end in a fight that takes about 4 seconds. Maybe its just me but I’m hoping a good unexpected ending.

this feals more like fan fiction then how GOT was before RR Martin left the production -then arya saw the hound and she made a mean face and then she saw Gendry and she made a smily face- Sam met Dani and Jorah and he made a happy face then Dani told him that she burned his family and he made a crying face then he went out and saw Bran who did his resting 3 eyed raven face- the whole episode was people looking at each other and making faces at each other like some soap opera i hope it gets way way better

Sam’s reaction was a bit strange to say the least.

I think he should have had the same reaction as Arya when she found out her aunt in the vale died. Sams father and brother didn’t die. He had forsaken the family name and lost the right to all lands and titles blabla. Not only that but his father did threaten to kill him, and he took the black cause he took that threat serious. Maybe he didn’t like the fact his brother died and that could contribute a bit to his reaction, but he should really be happy, everything that held him back is now gone and he’s free to be lord of Horn Hill.

Not only that but she also said they died refusing to bend the knee, they had an option and chose to die which she told Sam, Sam’s reaction seems to be a reaction for plot convenience. Maybe its diffrent in the books, I haven’t read any.
