The problem with this show is the title. If they would have called it “The struggle through lifes drama” or something like that, it wouldn’t have attracted the wrong crowd and people like myself wouldn’t have gotten disappointed.
The Ice Road (2021)
Starts off somewhat interesting and then gets exponentially more ridiculous as time goes by. Best part is when the nurse, or whatever she is, comes running out at the end, shouting “hey I found this with your dead brothers things!” And hands him the advertisement pamphlet of a $200k truck. Like ..why?? She a nurse or a truck sales lady? Who comes up with this feces???
Black Summer (2019)
Stumbled upon this “Gem” again after finding it in the Trending section. During the first 5 minutes I remembered watching it when it aired and how all characters IQ must be below 70. You know the saying “Can’t argue with stupid”? Well, it’s hard to watch stupidity as well. I tried but failed and believe this show has made me dumber (Just not dumb enough to keep me watching unfortunately). Can’t believe they made a second season of this but nowadays it’s not a surprise. I really admire people who can sit through such shite and find it entertaining. The TV world would be so much more enjoyable if I were dim.

what a load of crap -really did not like this finale at all -Disney ruins star wars yet again and the score was woeful like a 50s lovey dovey soundtrack (hard to feign interest when stifling yawns) -from 1 annoying woman to 3 annoying women with more testosterone than the Mandalorian -will probably get voted down again but it’s my opinion -did like grogu got his jedi

Kinda agree with the woman thing. I don’t mind women in lead roles at all but choose good actresses and make it believable. In most movies nowadays they’re just trying to fill a gender gap which persisted in the past but they’re doing a horrible job. It just ruins it. …IMHO

This is basically a show about complicated long distance relationships and coworker collaboration filled with drama. There’s hardly anything about space or scifi. My wife had the idea to watch it and after the first 2 episodes I wanted to shoot myself. She didn’t like it either.

I thought it was laughable, the co-pilot with a bullet in his hand gets a passenger to help him take off. She has only flown helicopters but she shows absolutely no emotion like she’s on a video console, hey no problem………. then they land at an air force base coming in too fast but no problem they come to a stop a foot from a hanger?? the hangar is at the end of the runway?
The acting was terrible, I thought it was a comedy for awhile.
I will watch episode 2 just to see how ridiculous it is
Totally agree. The idea is great but the execution is just *facepalm. I didn’t even get to episode 2.

98% Drama 2% Scifi.
if you like character drama this is your show. If you like scifi you can try episode 1 and 8, you wouldn’t have missed anything in between, but would probably still find it nauseatingly boring.

Is it me or is each episode focusing more on lightning yellow hair? Seems like everything else is moving more into the background.
