so for five years i have thought he was actually her mother. after tonight I think I may actually have been correct. Dad is dead but he loves her like only a parent would. then they show the plastic surgery and they kick off the song this is a mans world. ha ha maybe I am not crazy. and now we all know why they dedicated so much of the last seasons to her. She did it all for her daughter.

great from start to finish. its fast paced, it never gets boring and despite from all of them being crooks, they have some really lovable characters and some awesome bad guys. i will miss it.

Why does that imbecile, “Fessy” have to prove he is the “best” (his words, not mine), by injuring the other male players? First he banged up Jay pretty brutally in Jay’s rookie year. Now he broke Kile’s finger & caused him to lose his chance to win the final! Fessy even said if he has to hurt people to show he’s the best that he will. Isn’t that assault? If it happened when they were having drinks, he would be sent home like Turbo was. Shouldn’t the fact that his intention was to injure Kile be enough cause for concern to send him packing? Fessy may have brawn, but he is lacking a brain completely!

Not a big budget?!? The whole thing was done with Jim Hensons workshop! An episode was between 1 to 2 million so I have no idea what you’re talking about and the production value shows that. Doesn’t need a big budget…. pfffft.

if you have seen the show, you’ll know ( its plain to see) that the first season was really cheaply done….- then they got a bigger budget for the following seasons, but holden caulfield is right - the core of this show: the characters, dialogue and storylines was originally done on a low budget..

Agreed! Joss Whedon is one of the great storytellers of our times. However, two of his other hit shows were also completed: Buffy The Vampire Slayer and it’s spinoff Angel. It’s just a shame that the networks had such little faith in him to allow more of his TV Series to continue. Probably why he set his sights higher to big screens productions that had the financing to match his larger-than-life concepts.

Buffy is ofcause one of my favorites, and while it gave us an ending, Whedon was not nearly done with the story and would have continued for a couple of seasons more, had he been allowed to…since he wasn’t he continued the story with the dark horse comic books.
Angel ended on the biggest cliffhanger ever!!!! also continued in comic books.
Firefly - cancelled.
He never got to really finish a show the way he wanted - .
I like his movies, but i miss his tvshows.

one of the most bizarre unsolved serial killer programs ever made and it’s really good. The two journalist detectives are god giving for does murders and you really feel the passion in their craft. Me and wife gives it 5 stars and ps. We never wanna go to Ohio ever!!!!!!!!!
