It will last at least 2 seasons as it recevied a 2 season order.
Perhaps now a days 2 seasons is an acceptable run, but going off its roots if that’s all we get it’d be a shame so hopefully there’s more. I loved the original and watched new shows weekly then on syndication for years. This has potential to be really good as well. I mean the kid playing Will is obviously no Will Smith comparison of the same age comedic acting wise but he is a talented young actor for sure. I like the show so far, I just hope we get more “swagger and nods to the original show”.

That being said this unfortunately doesn’t have the legs original does. Straight drama without comedy, it won’t last long.

After 5 episodes I cant stand Carlton and that’s a shame considering how likeable he was in the original show. I guess it’s more realistic tho with how someone would act threatening ones territory.
Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2022)
Looking forward to watching this but based on the synopsis, Leatherface seems to really have it out for people in wheelchairs… Hopefully this time around I’m not rooting for said handicapped person to die like the original.

I was thrown off by the accents. Before even finishing this episode, I spent over an hour researching the newfoundland accents because I was curious(was so worth it, love the accents and people). Great first episode.

I was born a tow-head and by jr. high my hair was sandy brown. As I start to grow in silver my hair is also turning dark brown (my sister’s went from light auburn brown to black). As a comedian once said, how many blonde men do you know? LOL Gets me every time and I grew up on the SoCal beaches! Totally normal!
I hear you but Rita was blonde. Harrison would still be as well. Plus there are hundreds of grown blonde famous men. That’s silly, I’m 43 and still blonde.

That’s completely normal for hair to get much darker around age 10.
Not that much darker. It’s as blonde as you can get. Now to a complete brunette. Doesn’t happen.

Was a fan for the original series from day one. This one follows suit. My one and only complaint is with Harrison. I mean the kid’s a decent enough actor and all, but originally he was blonde… With attention to all other detail why over look something like that. It doesn’t matter or effect the story, it just annoys me. All they had to do is make this boy dye his hair before introducing his character. Now we’re juust supposed to just be dumb enough to either not notice or over look it. Other than that one silly little issue I have this show is great. So glad to have Dexter back on the air.

Deb is garbage for sure. Her in character and real life. I liked her in the limitless show but everything else she’s trash. I’m watching these again to catch my girl up for the new season. She also can’t stand her.

I made it 20 minutes through the first episode and the only comical thing in that time is in the description. Head elf leaves for Amazon…. Seth and Sarah sh*t the bed with this, that’s for sure.

Still one of my top fav films. It is such a classic. I could write a novel of a review, but better to let others decide for themselves I think. Over the years, I’ve gone back and forth, liking and not liking the different versions, (directors cut, theatrical release, special edition, etc.) But regardless of the version, it’s top notch. I’d say anyone who likes movies should at least watch it once.

I have to watch it a couple times a year. I like this version. It leaves you filled with wonderment. However the directors cut is pretty cool getting a glimpse of inside the ship. All and all it’s one of my favorites not to mention arguably the best alien contact film ever made. Reagan had a private viewing of this film with Spielberg and told him you don’t know how true to life this actually is. Obviously he was probably talking about the cover/spin the government puts on things they want us oblivious to but he was senile so you never know.

I had mixed feelings toward the series, but this was a well-done reprisal. Glad to see Jen Carpenter is along for the ride. My best takeaway quip is that even Dexter’s line dancing is methodical.

The last one worked nicely for me. Sometimes the first couple mixdrop mess up for me as well. I had to close out of the first one when I started it because it started buffering.

Honestly, this is the best show currently airing imo. It’s a shame it’s on apple tv. I don’t know a single person who has a subscription and most of the people I talk to don’t use sites like PW. Needless to say, a lot of people are missing a great show.

Not sure what movie you watched but there is zero nudity in this.
I liked this movie. Looking forward to a sequel. Pretty true to the original content, minus the scary monsters that are in every Uncharted game towards the end. At least they didn’t make new staring roles for non existing characters like the r.e. franchise (another Sony creation). They seem to be learning. Tom adding his gun holster and Marks stash towards the end were great. You can see them really coming into character with those small adjustments.
