“Coo roo coo coo, coo coo coo coo” had been my notification tone since custom notification tones existed, but I recently changed it to “Hey, hoser!”

Oh Christ, not Ron Perlman! Am I the only one who thinks he couldn’t act his way out of a paper bag? Right up there with Rufus Sewell and Parker freaking Posey. And this show was going so well.

A Serbian Film (2010)
etim 5 points 4 years ago. (Contains Spoilers)

I, for one, am offended that the site is apparently allowing a movie to be censored and removed after several people complained about it—especially when most HAD NEVER EVEN SEEN IT!!
Someone (who hadn’t seen it themself) is even encouraging others to report and demand a ban on the vid based only on what they read in the comment section!

This movie has been out and around several years. I think I saw a bad copy when it was 1st out.
I wasn’t impressed or offended enough to have any clear recollections of it, except to remember it was distasteful enough that I didn’t care to see it again (except to maybe see what all the fuss is about now).
BUT I didn’t start frothing at the mouth and DEMAND that it be removed!

Come on, ppl,if you hear that a movie might offend you,
THEN DON’T WATCH THE DAMNED THING!!

But don’t go all vigilante and deny others the opportunity to see and evaluate a film, to be able to form their OWN opinions!

This is supposed to be America (remember freedom from oppression?). Let’s start acting like it again.

And stop expecting PW to do your babysitting for you!

Meh, censorship is stupid and anti-freedom and seems to go against what this site is about, but the PW powers that be can do whatever they want…it’s their site. Just like you don’t have to watch a movie listed here, you also don’t have to watch ANY movies listed here if you don’t agree with their policies. Anything else is just noise…including me. :)

Eleventh Hour (2008)

Based on a UK show of the same name from 2006 with Patrick Stewart as the lead.

6 Underground (2019)
thegunslinger 1 points 4 years ago.

“The most Micheal Bay movie Micheal Bay ever Micheal Bayed”, from an IMDB reviewer and spot on. Lots of fun, but I agree with many other reviewers…editing was terrible with some truly cringe-worthy film-making faux pas. If you can’t get an over the top action movie right in 127 minutes…3/5.

F.Y.I. funnily isn’t a word. funny enough would be more accurate. #check your webster/oxford dictionary or even a thesaraus.

Funnily is a word, and the first word of sentences and proper nouns begin with capital letters, funnily enough.

Once Upon a Time in Hollywood (2019)
Odie 0 points 4 years ago.

Tarantino only directed the Fourth Room in “Four Rooms” the movie is directed by 4 different people each getting their own room(short story) to direct and he did a remake of a Alfred Hitchcock short story. But none the less it is a fantastic movie, I try to watch it every New Years.

thegunslinger 2 points 4 years ago.

Close. Four Rooms was actually loosely based on short stories written by Roald Dahl, who died in 1990. Tarantino’s room was based on The Man From The South. Alfred Hitchcock Presents, the tv show, also made two episodes based on that story, as discussed by Bruce Willis in the room (though he called it The Man From Rio for some reason.)

Joker (2019)
Redrobotmonkey -6 points 4 years ago. (Contains Spoilers)

Saw this in theatres and the last scene, his footsteps after talking to the woman was bloodied, like he killed her. Weird that it’s different on here.

thegunslinger -1 points 4 years ago*.

Movies often have different releases for different regions. The Transporter w/Jason Statham, for example, got pussified to PG-13 in the U.S.

I read somewhere that there were several different endings filmed for Joker, probably used one for the theatrical release and another for awards considerations…or it’s just regional again.

Primal (2019)

You have some 720’s here too.
There’s often a wide choice of file sizes here, you pick one with a small file size and you get a lousy vid.

thegunslinger -1 points 4 years ago.

Sure enough, there are some good quality copies, I just got unlucky yesterday and clicked on all the 240’s.

Primal (2019)
Blueozzie 3 points 4 years ago.

It’s in HD the only reason you may think it isn’t is because when people upload to these sites the compression that they generally use make the video look a little worse.
If you actually want an uncompressed 720p/1080p version you have to go to a torrent site and download it, not stream it.

thegunslinger -1 points 4 years ago.

Wrong.

This movie is set in Thailand so I am guessing the language is Taiwanese. It has English subtitles.
