Later, the panther attaches the little man's hammock above the campfire, and sends the tent with the man in it floating down the river towards a waterfall. Clouseau is convinced there is a monster loose on the premises, especially after Deux-Deux, when Clouseau wasn't looking, drank a bubbly potion from a beaker and turned into a horrible creature. Deux-Deux keeps changing back and forth, burping before each transformation, and not remembering anything he did in the interim. Finally, Clouseau realizes that Deux-Deux is the creature and flees the house, with Deux-Deux chasing after him, changing into the monster at second intervals.

Speedy's A-Go-Go Club is the hottest spot in town. Unfortunately, it's right downstairs from Daffy, who's trying to sleep. Daffy tries pounding on the floor (ignored), stuffing cotton in his ears (it pops out), smashing Speedy with a mallet through the phone (Speedy smashes Daffy instead) . Failing that, Daffy drills a hole in the floor and drops in a hand grenade. It keeps popping back up through holes in ever more distant places, the last of which is a rowboat in the middle of the lake. Daffy tries locking Speedy out, but Daffy shoots at Speedy with a shotgun, making a hole in the door. He tries sucking Speedy out with a vacuum cleaner, but Speedy fills it with gunpowder. Daffy gives up, and joins the band on cymbals from his bed.

Speedy turns on the water and washes Daffy into the sea. Daffy ties an anvil to Speedy and throws it overboard, but Speedy has tied Daffy to it. Speedy bashes Daffy, stuck in a porthole, with a baseball bat until he agrees to split the winnings 50-50 and work together. "Together" turns out to be Daffy swimming behind and pushing and speeding up when a shark shows up.

Prince Susano's mother dies; when his father tells him she has gone to another place, he sets off in search of her. He builds a boat and goes to see, first, his brother, in his crystal palace in the land of night (where he causes much damage to the palace, but his brother still gives him a magic ice crystal). Next, he fights the fire god, who gives him a magic bird after Susano defeats him, with help from the magic crystal and his little rabbit sidekick. Susano also picks up another traveling companion, a large but dim villager. Next, he goes to his sister, in the land of light. As with his brother, though, he causes much unintentional damage; his sister, who also happens to be the sun, goes off to hide in a cave. The frantic villagers stage a party (in the original legend, an orgy) outside the cave and trick her into coming outside again. Finally, Susano finds a little princess whose land is being threatened by an 8-headed dragon. With the help of a flying horse (who we later learn was sent by his sister) and his sidekicks, they get the dragon a bit drunk and take out one head at a time (mostly, though two of the last three take each other out).

Sylvester is guarding the Guadalajara Food Processing plant; a group of mice see this and try to enter, with no luck. Speedy gets some cheese, but when he goes back, Sylvester starts chasing him. They end up on a conveyor belt, where Sylvester gets shaved by some chopping blades. Speedy spreads some grease on a platform, and Sylvester skids into a vat of Tabasco Sauce. He melts a block of ice to recover. On another conveyor belt, Sylvester gets a bottle cap on his head. He pries it off, but Speedy "yee-ha's" him into the ceiling where it gets stuck again, and Speedy hides his bottle opener. Sylvester wanders off, into a dehydrator, where he emerges much smaller than Speedy and runs away in fright. (Even with all this machinery, the soundtrack does not include "Powerhouse.")
