Jen has spent much of her life having surrogate babies for other families which has resulted in serious weight gain affecting Jen and her husband's happiness. Christian seeks to get to the root of Jen's weight problem to get the couple back on track.Finally, Tina and her partner Mark have come from Manchester to see Sara about Tina's acne scars.
