With the airline auditors paying Leeds Bradford an unexpected visit, baggage boys Jimmy and Michael fear for their jobs when they lose a piece of luggage. Meanwhile duty manager Nathan is left to deal with flooded toilets next to the executive departure lounges, and rookie Gabby struggles to cope with a family kicking off at the departure gate after they're told their seats have been split up all over the plane to Palma. |
