Entrepreneur and investor Eric Collins heads to Sussex to visit an award-winning artisan bread company in the grip of the pandemic. Alex, CEO of the Sussex Kitchen, is losing customers and in danger of going bankrupt within a month. To make some much-needed dough, Eric has to convince Alex to pivot his business away from wholesale to focus on online customers. But he has his work cut out persuading the social media sceptic to change things round at the speed he demands. |
