In the fourth episode, the Royal Princess is full to capacity in the beautiful Aegean port of Santorini. As the housekeeping team undertake the daily bed change in thousands of cabins, hotel general manager Craig gets an unwelcome call - the ship's laundry is having a meltdown.A breakdown in the huge washing machine which normally processes tens of thousands of items a day has already produced a mountainous backlog of dirty washing and Craig needs to find a solution quickly.Above decks it's all change in the entertainment department with a new cruise director, 29-year-old Tobi. Stepping up from deputy for the first time, Tobi is now the boss of a dozen theatrical shows, 21 musicians and the team of four assistants who organise the hundreds of activities on the ship. He must prove he's up to the job. |
