This time Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer go house-hunting across four counties. Phil's helping Tom and Sue, who have sold up in Yorkshire to move 150 miles south to Suffolk. They are set on open-plan living and a huge, wraparound garden. It's a search that takes Phil to his wit's end. Kirstie's searching with first-time buyer Beccy and her mum Lucy. Beccy's move straddles three counties: Cambridgeshire, Northants and Norfolk. She has saved for a deposit and is desperate to get her independence, but is scared of making a mistake with her hard-earned cash. Kirstie needs to help strengthen Beccy's resolve. |
