Growing up, Trisha Yearwood's mom would wake up Trisha and her sister, Beth, in the middle of the night to stargaze in their cow pasture. With this memory in mind, Trisha and Beth spend the afternoon making a quick and easy dinner of Bacon Wrapped Dried Apricots, Grilled Garlic Caesar Salad and Grilled Summer Veggie Pasta.
