It is the halfway point of the trip for Catherine Southon and Paul Laidlaw, and their shiny red roadster called Mog, who are shopping their way from Wrexham to the black country - a few minor motor repairs notwithstanding. Paul bags himself a piggy bank, while Catherine opts for something distinctly oriental, but will their plans pay off at the auction? On the way, they take a trip across the world's tallest aqueduct at Pontcysyllte and find out about the incredible Victorian tile boom in Jackfield, before heading to the Penkridge auction. |
