In the penultimate skill drill challenge, the recruits play remote-control chef and instruct Alton Brown and Anne Burrell in how to make a dish they cannot see or taste. For the main dish challenge, the recruits have to make a steak dish. The stakes are high, and only the recruits with the two best dishes make it to the finale. |
