The semi-final sees the two remaining contestants head to Sparkwell, Devon to cook alongside Anton Piotrowski, who was crowned joint professional champion in 2012. The semi-finalists are put in charge of one of his dishes over a busy lunchtime service, before going onto cook Anton's signature dish, pigeon wellington. |
