Mate. We get it you dont like left wingers but here’s the thing you dont have to comment about it on everything. It makes you look like a petulant child crying “I dont like this”

Mate, you also dont have to comment on my post either. Try the scroll option or simply not clicking…it can work wonders and save your hysterics. Have a good day 😊
Classic 80’s movie that hasn’t aged too well. Used to find this hilarious as a teen, not so much sadly.
I remember it very fondly, some brilliant stand out moments but as you said it just hasn’t stood the test of time unlike Police squad or Airplane.
You seem to have the similar like of comedy films as myself, sorry to disturb you with that, try ‘Kingpin’ with Bill Murray.
Did you prefer The American version?
You know something, the American one wasn’t too bad. Watchable. I just tire of companies hitting a popular formula then flogging it to death around the globe as if they’re out of any fresh ideas.
If you don’t take these type of shows seriously then they’re very entertaining, unlike the British ones like Most Haunted, which is neither genuine or entertaining.
Giggles and shoots a glitter gun at the glitter police like a good Antifa fascist
Still makes me cry with laughter knowing that 107 year old Bernie got beat fair and square by a child sniffing Alzheimers patient 🤣🤣🤣
Another p*ss poor show.
Runs to a window to lick it whilst screaming “bwekfast” and drooling glitter everywhere
is this where Trump got his idea for Space Force ?
Shocking that between pre-war ending to 1968 it was three Democratic presidents and just one Republican that were so willing and happy to home and forgive Nazi scientists. As well as the KKK and supporting slavery it’s yet another stain on the left and the Democrats
Coogans best character other than Alan Partridge. Well worth a watch to those who have never watched it.
It showed on cable the week before the movie came out. At that point a lot of us still didn’t know that it wasn’t all real. Lol, fun stuff at the time.
TreeofWoe13 - we Brits didn’t get it at all but I remember they put it up on their official movie website and I watched it there. The whole promotion of the film and this tie in was beautifully done, but sadly with today’s vast online presence something like this will never happen again.
Often overshadowed by the success of Phoenix Nights, ‘That Peter Kay Thing’ is absolute comedy gold - many of the actors and characters of his later series Phoenix Nights are present, including his latest success Car Share.
The Ice-cream man cometh is one of his best ever. Just brilliant comedy writing.
I love this film, the conundrum is are you allowed to like it did to the history of Roman Polanski and the new cancel culture. I know the liberal Hollywood types, such as Meryl Street, think sexual assaults on minors is a good thing and deserved a standing ovation…I don’t though. Shame because this really is a humerous and entertaining film.
One of the great UK TV series of the eighties - the acting is just stunning with every actor giving a stand out performance
Likewise, the story line by Fay Weldon is mesmerising - I highly recommended this
Agreed, sadly it never got the credit it deserved…I also remember the American version with Rosanne Barr which was far interior.
Oh the horror!
If we let these … these MILLENIALS run the world then what the heck will happen to our boomer rights??
pouts like a boomer
cries glitter
Throws glitter in the air and giggles as I remember Jade saying how people who supported a different political view to her should die. Tee hee
An absolutely heart warming comedy. Quiet and understated as only the British can do. It will leave you smiling to yourself as you reach for the next episode!
It was an entertaining show until season four, if memory serves me, when the two main female characters were replaced (Michelle Holmes and Dervla Kirwan) and it went downhill fast.
Started to give this a watch but the vile and disgusting Miriam Margolis spoiled this for me and I couldn’t get through it. A nasty woman with a left wing ideology who wishes death via coronavirus, yes literally death, on people who have different political views to herself.
I mean what kind of small minded, bigoted, hate filled “person” does that?
I liked that Mike let loose a bit when they went for a test drive in the Zephyr. Robbie is a better side kick than Frank.
Frank seems to be…a tad…tight with his valuations too and reluctant with fair offers for “pieces”, where as Mike seems to be the more open and honest of the two.
Wait … do you think that the House of Representatives and the Senate had nothing to do with those decisions?
Lol. That’s adorable.
ps - are you embarrassed that a foreigner knows more about how your government works than you do?
pps - do you think posting political comments on a TV Streaming site has a real effect on the world?
That’s also adorable.
I’m not American…how adorable.
Ps…making another political statement on a TV streaming site are you? You do realise your comment has no effect on the world?
PPS…oh my. Lol.
Atmospheric, ethereal feel to this show even more so by being a true story. Doesn’t take away from the natural easy going abilities of the actors. He exudes normalcy, with a calming personality which couldn’t be farther from the truth. Despicable little man doing horrendous deeds. And yet has a likeable quality to him that should sicken you, but in a weird way it doesn’t. Strange.
Try the movie with Richard Attenborough, 10 Rillington place, it was filmed at Rillington place before it was torn down…that really is atmospheric. Tim Roth is immensely talented in his portrayal of Christie but Attenborough’s just tops it.
