First time I saw this. Was searching for movies with Sam Elliott but Val Kilmer stole this whole movie. Big fan of Western and this movie was amazing, truly great ! Need to watch it again.

Loved the episode, but not so fond of when they use green-screen, which looks like copy paste. Which made that Coruscant scene at the Jedi Temple at times a bit tough to like.

I saw the Swedish version in the cinema when it came out and I was kinda reluctant to see this American version of the movie because they forgot the most important part of the movie, the ‘Saab car’ but I do am a fan of Tom Hanks acting so I might give it a try. ;P

Description is inaccurate. Best western I’ve seen since Unforgiven. Russell Crowe is always good. Christian Bale is always good. Together - you’ve got a winner. Didn’t realize until the credits that the Pinkerton/bounty hunter with the beard was Peter Fonda - couldn’t even tell it was him.
It sure is. It’s the same as with the best western of all time ‘Unforgiven’ the end part of the movie just tops it all. Great acting and just an amazing movie and western. <3
