The original is just so unique and fun, I could not imagine an imitation amounting to much, especially when that cast of performers largely created and wrote their own characters. And I felt the first few episodes were a bit stilted because of that, actors performing lines, but this may be the 2nd or 3rd ep in a row where it has hit a stride. I think due to adapting less and less and taking it into its own direction more and more. It cannot be the original, but it can be its own fine thing.
