However, time is short to update the venue to suit the needs of modern visitors and chef Dino and his team are on their eighth tasting for the new menu - which still has not satisfied the owners. Issues arise with custom-made furniture for the ship's biggest suites, and the arrival of the replacement pieces disrupts a promotional photo shoot. |
