Letting agents Karen and Gemma investigate claims of vandalism and anti-social behaviour at a property they manage in Wigan, but when they discover the tenant is no longer living there, they track her down to learn that she's abandoned the property and has tried to move in somewhere else by forging a reference. Meanwhile, in Darwen, letting agent Paul issues proceedings on a tenant who is more than £3,000 in arrears, but Paul's attempts at evicting him are delayed when the tenant refuses to leave without Paul giving him a good reference. |
