As part of his attempts to modernise the kingdom, King Otto has commissioned a hydro-electric dam. Unfortunately he is too mean to build it to the highest safety standards. On the day the dam is inaugurated the Big Knights are out rescuing Princesses Lucy and Loretta from a tower where they have locked themselves in. The knights' rescue attempts involve Sir Morris being blasted into the stratosphere. |
