In the first episode, Ali is joined by angling pals and fellow carp enthusiasts Tom Dove and Darrell Peck as they head to Japan - The Land of the Rising Sun. The country is known for its legendary carp, particularly the colourful koi. But can the team tempt one of these monster king carps to bite? They set up their tackle in a stunning setting in the shadows of Mount Fuji. This carp fishing is a serious business but with the jovial Ali at the helm, expect plenty of laughs along the way. |
