Heck Foods have a vacancy for a £25,000-£40,000 per annum position as a product developer at 'Sausage World', their Yorkshire headquarters. It's a battle between youth and experience. Stuart, who's 55 and has a background in takeaway pizza 'dip pots' and Scotch eggs, is desperate to land the job but faces stiff competition from 26-year-old restaurant manager and enthusiastic foodie Calum. As the interview builds to its climax, Stuart and Calum go head-to-head in a blind sausage tasting.
