IT recruiters Geoff Morgan and Corey Walker are two big fish in a very competitive pond. When hothead Geoff accuses new guy Corey of stealing his clients, it's officially on in Pittsburgh. Enter Jimmy Cvetic, ex-Steel City cop and owner of the 3rd Ave Gym. He pairs the two greenhorns with battle-hardened trainers Johnny Spell and Darren "Coach D" Dolby for a full-life transformation. They have six weeks to become real boxers or crumble under the pressure. While Geoff learns to use his size, Corey trains in footwork to get inside on his big opponent.
