Comedian Adrian Edmondson's journey leads him off the mainland in today's show, as his exploration of British foods and traditions take him to the largest of the Channel Islands, Jersey. Things get a bit fishy when he meets a turbot famer with a rather unusual workplace, he gets in a tangle when he is taught the art of spinning wool, he delights in some island delicacies, and cooks up a some fantastic fare for the island's brass band. |
